We ship from Singapore. Free shipping on orders over S$120; courier-calculated charges apply to smaller orders. Delivery is via NinjaVan and usually takes up to 5 working days within Singapore.

Change of mind? Return any unused, unopened Looma product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, please email hello@loomaplay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, at our cost.
